Application of Cooperative Learning Model Type Make A Match Aided by Learning Videos to Improve Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe learning using the Make A Match model with instructional video media. The subject of this research is class III SD Negeri 1 Lurah Plumbon District. This study used two cycles each consisting of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data collection technique used the pres test at the initial value. The results showed that the use of instructional videos can improve the learning outcomes of PPKn about the benefits of the meaning of unity in diversity for third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Lurah, Plumbon District. In the initial conditions it only reached 63%, then in the first cycle it increased to 74% and in the second cycle it increased to 84%. Based on the results of this study, it is advisable for teachers to try to use the Make A Match model with instructional video media in class III to improve student learning outcomes
