Improving Student Achievement in Learning the Qur'an Hadith through the Application of a Group-Based Synergistic Approach Model

Initial observations in Class V MI Salafiah Huda I Cirebon City showed the fact that the teaching and learning process runs theoretically and is not related to the real environment where students are located. In fact, the condition of the school environment allows for the holding of learning activities, which in practice do not have to be in a laboratory where students can only imagine the object being studied abstractly. Classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, and each cycle was carried out according to the changes achieved, and the design of the factors studied. To determine the effectiveness of learning in Class V MI Salafiah Huda I Cirebon City, observations were made on learning activities carried out by the teacher, and interviews were held. both with teachers and students. Student learning outcomes both individually and in groups have increased in each cycle, the initial results show an average score: 55.71, in the first cycle it rose to an average score: 71.78, in the second cycle it rose to an average score: 83.21. Student learning activities have increased, namely: in the first cycle it reached an average of: 52% (good enough) and in the second cycle it reached an average of: 88% (good). The results of Teacher Performance in the Qur'an Hadith Learning Process Activities in each cycle have increased, namely: In the first cycle, it shows an average of 46% (quite good). In the second cycle it increased, and showed an average of 89% (very good).
